Learn about our five tiers and the perks of each
Due to the global pandemic, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino has decided to extend current tier status through December 31, 2021. Players who earned a status in 2019, will continue to enjoy those tier level benefits through December 31, 2021.
Additionally, for the earnings period of January 1 – December 31, 2020, tier points required for each tier level have been adjusted.
New 2020 Tier Point Earnings
Normal Points Earned | 2020 Adjusted Points Earned | |
RUBY | - | - |
TOPAZ | 25,000 | 20,000 |
SAPPHIRE | 80,000 | 60,000 |
EMERALD | 160,000 | 125,000 |
DIAMOND | 360,000 | 275,000 |
*Tier Point earnings are being adjusted for 2020 play only. The earnings period starting January 1, 2021 will return to the normal point structure.
Tier-Evaluation Period:
Our five-tier Fire Keeper’s Club program features a longer qualification period (12 months) from January 1 to December 31 of any given year. The more you play during that time period, the more likely you are to advance your Club-level status! And remember, it’s about the points you earn—not the points you use. You’ll maintain your Club level no matter how many points you use.
